LABORATORY MANAGERS

The laboratory managers ensure the daily monitoring of the anodizing tanks. They provide the necessary information in order to issue technical specifications for any cycle of every part to be anodized, and they check the relevant quality at the end of the production process.

TESTS AND CONTROLS

Based on customer’s request, we do release a certificate of inspection and verification of the anodized part, on which it is reported:

  • Match of the requested colour shade
  • Oxide thicknessmeasured through a FisherISOSCOPE gauge
  • Control of the colour fixation
  • Measurementofdimensions that will be subject tocoupling (on request)
