POSITIONING THE PARTS ON FRAMES
A careful study of the several parts to be anodized, in collaboration with the customers, together with the use of special titanium frames, allows us to achieve excellent and constant results, ensuring to avoid the evidence of the contact points between the anodized parts with the frame.
It consists in the surface treatment of parts (manufactured) in aluminum, in order to obtain a protection that is both decorative and anti-corrosion, realized through anodic oxidation. The modern anodizing facility, designed and built in Italy, works in closed cycle and it consists of 38 process tanks plus 2 drying ovens. The usable size of the tanks is 2300mm (width); 1200mm (height); 400mm (depth). To ensure the highest quality and reliability, they use only chemicals and equipment purchased in Italy.
TYPES AND OXIDE THICKNESS OF THE ANODIC COATING
Our anodizyng facility with 38 process tanks allows the realization of the following different surface coatings:
- Protective Anodizing natural or colored for aluminum die-cast parts
- Chemical Glazing
- Chemical Polishing
- Semi-hard oxidation
- Hard oxidation
- Thickness: from 2 microns to 50 microns

Bright colours and a choice between several shades, normal, glossy and matt according to the customer’s preference.
